1. What We Collect

Tennis data only: match stats (scores, serve %, aces, winners, errors, break points), player reflections (text entries, confidence/focus ratings), coach reviews (summaries, priorities, practice plans). Account data: email address, full name, role (parent/player/coach). We do not collect location data, behavioral tracking data, or any data unrelated to tennis performance.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide the Rallynox match debrief experience: displaying match history, reflections, and coach reviews to the relevant connected accounts. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

3. Minors and Linked Profiles

Parents may create linked profiles for players under 18 who do not have their own email address. These profiles are managed entirely by the parent account. No data from minor profiles is shared outside their connected team (parent, player, coach). Parents may delete linked player profiles and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@rallynox.com.

4. Data Sharing

Your match data is shared only within your connected Rallynox team: the player, their parent(s), and their assigned coach. No other parties can view your data. We use Supabase for database hosting and Vercel for application hosting. Both operate under their own privacy policies and comply with applicable data protection regulations.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@rallynox.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Cookies

Rallynox uses only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
