1. Acceptance

By creating a Rallynox account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Rallynox Is

Rallynox is a match debrief platform for competitive junior tennis. It is designed to connect players, parents, and coaches around structured post-match data: stats, reflections, and coach reviews. It is not a coaching service, and Rallynox does not employ or certify coaches.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Users under 13 must have a parent create a linked profile on their behalf. Rallynox accounts are for individual use only.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: submit false or misleading match data, use the platform to harass or harm other users, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use Rallynox for any commercial purpose without written permission.

5. Beta Service

Rallynox is currently in Beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. We make no guarantees about uptime or data retention during the Beta period, though we will make reasonable efforts to protect your data.

6. Intellectual Property

All Rallynox branding, design, and software is owned by Rallynox. Your match data and reflections remain yours. You grant Rallynox a limited license to store and display your data within the platform for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rallynox is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the platform, including data loss during the Beta period.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active users by email of material changes.
